Stage School Classes

Our main classes are divided into 4 groups; Stage 1 for students aged 4-5 years, Stage 2 for students aged 6-8, Staged 3 for students aged 9-11 and Stage 4 for students aged 12-18.  We also run L.A.M.D.A. courses, a Summer School, and the Norfolk Show Choir.

Stage 1 (Aylsham only)

Students ages 4-5 will attend the stage school for 3 hours per week and they will be introduced to a variety of different activities such as dance, drama, singing and music & movement. The classes will help in developing self-confidence, discipline, team-building and new creative skills. The classes are ideal in channeling all that creative energy little ones have.

They will stay with the familiar face of their teachers; Jennifer, Phoebe and Gracie, and will begin to develop their skills at their own pace in a safe and caring environment. During the session, there will also be time for a break, where the children can enjoy some time with their fellow classmates. These classes provide a firm foundation for progression into the older classes.

Dance

We will introduce 4 and 5 year olds into the exciting world of dance. This will help in developing balance and posture as well as coordination and basic rhythm. They will learn varied styles of dance including Jazz, tap and hiphop/street through fun lively pop and musical theatre songs.

Drama

Our drama classes help with building confidence, performance technique & communication skills through a range of lively activities. The children will discover wonderful characters & sounds, learn to understand and convey different expressions and emotions. They will get to explore their imagination through a wide range of fun activities and story- telling.

Singing

We will encourage confidence and also introduce them to basic articulation. Children will be introduced to new and fun singing exercises and warm ups, with the main emphasis being on having fun. They will sing along to their favourite pop songs as well as musical theatre.
